Anais Hazo
Anais Hazo is an artist, designer and researcher living between Paris and Berlin.
She completed an education in fine arts and engraving from the National College of Arts and Publishing Estienne, Paris (FR), and worked at the René Tazé Master Printer Studio, Paris (FR). She then studied global environmental and fashion research at the National College of Fashion and Arts Duperré, Paris (FR), before working as an independent fashion stylist and art director.
Her transdisciplinary practice is now centered around food and environment, through ways of living and making. She uses food materials, fermentation, photography, drawing, writing, books and open educational forms to question the concepts of culture, nurturing, taste, daily life and interconnectedness in contemporary times. She travels to bring hands-on experiences to a diversity of local communities around the world, with the support of cultural and/or diplomatic organizations.
