Stacy Scibelli


Stacy Scibelli is an artist and designer originally from New York. She is formerly Associate Professor of Fashion Design at Chaffey Community College in California, Curriculum Chair of Fashion Design and Technology at SUNY’s Westchester Community College and Thesis Advisor at Parsons The New School. Stacy served as Program Coordinator and Lecturer of the Women and Creativity course at Rutgers University as part of the Global Village Living and Learning program for several years and traveled internationally with these students. She has participated as an Artist in Residence at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (Mass MOCA), the Boston Center for the Arts, Intercultural Odysseys in San Ramon, Costa Rica, Otis College in Los Angeles, and has received a Mass MOCA Assets for Artists grant, a Franklin Furnace Grant, and a project grant from Possible Futures in Atlanta GA. Stacy has shown work at Field Projects, Proof Gallery, Present Company, and The Parlour Bushwick in Brooklyn, the Danforth Art Museum, and the Torrance Art Museum in Los Angeles, in addition to performing at Dixon Place, the Slipper Room, and various other venues. She is the founder All Is Leaf, a roaming art and ecology residency. Stacy will be an artist in residence at the Santa Fe Art Institute in 2020.
