Please note: While we do our best to accommodate everyone’s housing preferences, room assignments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of application. Final housing confirmations will be shared closer to your arrival. If your selection is tied to a personal or essential need, you are welcome to email us after submitting your application with a brief note explaining your situation. Be sure to include your full name as entered in the application, so we can match your message to the correct file. While we cannot make any guarantees, we will take your request into thoughtful consideration and do everything we can to support your needs.
